Welcome to CricBid! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CricBid's live cricket auction draft operating system.

By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use CricBid if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Authentication & Security

To access the CricBid workspace and participate in auction rooms, users must authenticate using our secure One-Time Password (OTP) verification system (via mobile phone number or email address).

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your authenticated session.
• We reserve the right to suspend or block accounts showing suspicious login attempts or violating our platform policies.

2. Use License & Simulation Platform Rules

CricBid is designed as a **live draft orchestration, tournament scoring, and player pool management platform**.

• No Gambling: CricBid **does not** facilitate, host, process, or clear any real-money transaction, betting, or gambling. All bidding numbers, purse limits, and transactions occurring within CricBid rooms are for draft simulation, scoring, and organization purposes only.
• Workspace Access: Any authenticated user may create an auction room. The creator acts as the owner/operator and is responsible for team/player creation, economic rules definition, and running live bidding flows.

3. User-Generated Content & Assets

You may upload team logos, tournament banners, and player profile pictures to our server. You warrant that:

• You own or have the appropriate licenses/permissions for the images you upload.
• Your uploads do not contain defamatory, offensive, or copyright-infringing material.
• CricBid processes uploads through Cloudflare R2 and reserves the right to review and moderate any asset that is flagged by admins.

4. Account Deletion and Data Retention

Users may terminate their account and request deletion of their personal information at any time. Simply navigate to the account settings panel and submit an account closure request. Upon verification, cricbid will remove active session records, user photos, and linked profiles within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

CricBid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform uptime, real-time sync latency (which depends on local networks), or accuracy of user-inputted statistics.

In no event shall CricBid, its developers, or its hosts be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the auction draft platform.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to CricBid's platform shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, with jurisdiction situated in Surat, Gujarat.
